Service providers connecting to the BroadbandHUB will gain visibility of a range of wholesale networks through the same interface. The BroadbandHUB aggregates networks to show both product and address availablility from wholesale networks along with the ability to place orders directly with underlying provider. Integrate once and access the homes passed by all wholesale network operators on the platform.

Once commercial agreements are in place, service providers can access premises level service information (identified by network operator) based on PAF, UPRN and MDU information.  Allowing instant location availability checking and service confirmation.  

Addresses are “cleaned” using multiple sources. The HUB collects address data through APIs and transforms the data to fit each Service Provider’s internal address database, with customised APIs, feeds and updates data in a robust way.

The BroabandHUB user can raise an order which is transmitted instantly to the wholesale provider, whilst status information (confirmation to activation) can be exchanged, providing full end-user transparency (GDPR compliant).   

Trouble tickets can also be raised directly in the platform, with line diagnostic testing available from the web interface.  Network operator updates are stored against the ticket for easy communication to end-users.
